If you use the request form we collect your name, email, phone, province, a balance range, the product you want, a short note on timing, and a record that you consented to be contacted. We send that to a licensed mortgage broker so they can respond. We do not sell the list as a standalone marketing file.

The form is optional. The rate board can be read without it. Consent can be withdrawn by writing to [email protected]. We keep a request only as long as needed to pass it on and to handle a follow-up.

The site may use a basic visit measurement cookie after analytics is connected. The rate calculator runs in your browser and does not send the numbers you type unless you submit the form.
